How's it going guys i got a buddy that has a acer n50-620
Gtx 1650 with an 11400f and 32gig of ram and hes running into an issue where he cant play valorant or any game that requires tpm 2.0 we have googled and chat gpt just about every solution possible. He has an error code pcr7 not supported but every fix for that says to have secure boot enabled which he indeed does based off the bios setting im hoping someone may have an answer.
So far we have
Updated to windows 11 pro as that was one of the possible problems.
Cleared the cmos battery
Updated the bios to the most recent which I believe is like R01-A4 for something similar to that.
We have confirmed that the bios recognizes that the tpm module is being recognized but windows will not initialize it
Any help would be greatly appreciated
