LED noob needs help identifying strips that electrician installed under cabinets
I had my kitchen remodeled a couple years ago after a flooding incident, and the electrician wanted to put in LED strip lights for under-counter lighting. I didn't know much about them but I okayed him, and I should have done my research because the electrician did some wack ass stuff, including embedding the LED controllers inside the wall making them impossible to access.
Anyway, it's 2 years later, and the LED strips over my dishwasher and coffee maker are failing (flickering badly, some LEDs are dead), presumably due to steam exposure (another fuckup).
I feel confident enough in my ability to replace the strips, but as an LED noob, I have no idea what kind of strips these are and what I can replace them with.
Can anyone help me figure out what these are, and more importantly what I should get to replace them?

Many thanks! I've already spent hours researching this and coming up empty, mostly due to not knowing what to look for.
