Boston marathon with a toddler

Hey all!
I am hoping I’ll be running Boston in spring (9 min buffer so I feel pretty good). I have a couple questions for those who know the city well / have run before-

Well be traveling in with my toddler, my husband will have her while I run and would like to see my running by at least once, what’s the best way to do this? We can fly or drive to Boston so we have the option to have a car if needed, although would probably prefer to fly.

Where should we stay? Again factoring in the toddler and that it’s easier to get around by walking / public transit than to haul a car seat in an uber

Thanks!

Plasmacytoma

Our 4 year old lab, fixed, on hydrolyzed protein diet for likely protein allergy developed a small mass on his dewclaw (spelling?) about 6-8 weeks ago. Last week we took him in and FNA showed plasmacytoma. Was told to reach out to soft tissue surgery who has a 3 month wait. Oncology told me that surgery will loop them in if they seem necessary.

We go to a large university affiliated vet and really like them. Long waits are not unusual but we are wondering if we should pursue a second opinion for a sooner resection. Tumor is a little larger than a pencil eraser.

Thank you!

Air purified recommendation

Live in the US, looking for new air purifier in light of the wild fire smoke.

We also have a dog and the prior home owners were smokers and the house is over 100yrs old so whenever we come home from a trip I notice a musty smell. (No moisture issues, we run a dehumidifier all the time, have had duct work cleaned- smell is def worse when AC is on).

Entire house is 1200sq ft. Want to start with bedroom (approx 20 x 20 ft) and downstairs (approx 600 sq ft)

Looking to spend less than $500, ideally closer to $200.

Main goals are to eliminate odor, VOCs from cooking, and issues from wildfire smoke. We have a baby so I want to ensure the air is as clean as possible for her.

Thanks! I feel very in over my head the more I search this sub and read online

Parasol pull ups?

Has anyone used them? Do you like them?

We use parasol diapers but are doing well with potty training and thinking of switching to pull ups for night time. Want to continue using a TCF brand
