Hello all.

I never imagined id be apart or this sub..but my dad was just diagnosed with a low fibromyxoid sarcoma. We just found out via biopsy. Hes had it for many years and unfortunately ignored it until it became a problem. It is pretty large..6 inches to be exact. But the semi good news is that it is not spreading.

I guess im just looking for other people's stories from those who have also been diagnosed with it or a family member who has been. Its really shocking news to hear.

I tried to read up some about it, but i dont even know what to think.

As a SAHM i was considered lazy and not doing enough. Now that I work full time im still dammed if I do, dammed if I dont.

Miss work cause my kid as a slight cold? Don't get paid and miss work. Struggle with bills.

Send her to daycare with a snotty nose? Apparently I want everyone sick and give zero fucks

Nothing is ever good enough, everything I do is wrong.

Got torn to shreds in another forum about my apparent poor parenting choices and im just stupid and selfish.

My 2.5 year old daughter has become an absolute little monster. Im at a loss of what to do anymore and it makes me feel like im failing.

She doesn't listen to me hardly ever, she listens mainly to dad. She refuses to share or she will smack her head on something. We just try and play with her and it doesn't work. She screams when she doesn't get what she wants for a snack/meal. She will literally evil stare me down. Her tantrums are..extreme in my opinion. She also smacks herself in the face when she is mad. She went through this before and eventually passes but..why again?

Is this normal? Is this how it is supposed to be? Ive started work full time and my husband works full time. The weekends are more exhausting than work days. I cry a lot because im so at a loss. Her communication is fine, she can tell us her wants/needs.

Any advice for a burnt out mom and dad? 😭
