Water damage not disclosed on sellers disclosure

Closing on a house in just over a week, and found out yesterday through applying for home owners insurance that the sellers did not disclose a claim for $100k (buying house for $940k) for water damage from a "leak" in the kitchen. It seems like they purposely did not disclose this because they did disclose a claim for the roof 10 years ago, but nothing about the water damage. I am waiting on documentation about the water damage claim.

Everything I am seeing says sale/resale value goes down when there is water damage, but there was no discount on sales price. My insurance is also going to be $1,300 more per year due to this. I am in FL so insurance is already an issue in and of itself.

I am in love with this home. It is in the perfect area for me. The sellers have offered to pay for a mold inspection, but I feel like I am still going to be getting screwed by paying full price even if there is no mold if water damage truly reduces value.

Should I cut my losses? Ask to reduce the price? Please give me all of your advice and opinions.

Has anyone found a way to eat beans?

I've spent the past ~8 years avoiding beans (and other fodmaps that trigger my IBS) and I miss them so much. I've tried FODZYME and beano, but neither seem to work for me. Has anyone found a product that allows them to eat beans without horrible bloating and pain?

How would you make this room warm and cozy

None of this is my furniture, it is the previous homeowners. **I'll be starting complely from scratch.** How would you make this room cozy? The right side of the picture there is a full glass slider.

Edit: he finally pooped in his litter box last night! Waiting to hear back from the vet on how much gaba I can give him for bathing.

I trapped this guy on Monday after someone had posted about him being abandoned when the owners were evicted. He has been to the vet, is on treatment for the scabies, labs were okay given his condition, but won't use the litter box. He has been pooping and peeing on his blankets, which wasn't a huge problem until he laid right in it. It is all over his butt and legs. I tried using water wipes to clean him off, but he wasn't tolerating it. His inner back legs are super raw, and I'm worried that he will get an infection. How can I safely clean him off?
