tried to force my retainers back onto my teeth then learned it was a bad idea. did i do damage?
hi i tried to force my retainers back onto my teeth to get them to straighten out again. i did this for about 2 days then started searching on reddit and saw that i shouldnt do that. so now im just wondering if having them on for 2 days would have caused any damage to my teeth?
