he’s about 5 months old

I thought she was pregnant since I always see males trying to inseminate her but she’s looked like this for months. The tank is healthy, no other Molly looks like this in it and they’re fed a very high quality diverse diet including veggies twice a week. Zucchini, peas, hikari algae wafers etc.

I have fasted her to see if it would help but it does not. Her poop is normal, not stringy or white and no symptoms in other fish so highly doubting parasites.
