Totaled my forester, is the insurance trying to rip me off?

Totaled my 2014 forester a few weeks ago. It had about 140k miles on it. The insurance is only trying to pay me $6000 with a $1000 deductible, so really only getting $5000 back for the car. Just wondering if people think this is them low balling me or not. Originally they were trying to give me a thousand dollars less than that until I submitted a receipt for about $1300 worth of front end repairs(lower control arms, struts). It was the limited trim option so had a lot of good features.

The real kicker is that it was previously totaled because of theft before I even bought the car. I didn’t know about this until we were looking at carfax after my accident. From what I’ve read online is the theft should not reduce the value of the pay out by more than 20%.

Just curious what people think if they are under valuing car or not. I’ve been on the subreddit for a while so please be nice. TIA
