13 day old baby diagnosed with positional talipes. How can I help her?

Hi,
I was told that my baby has positional talipes and regular massaging foot outwards can help her condition. But I am hoping to ask what can I do from now to correct the foot.

Thanks

Recovering from emergency c-section. Diaphragm area feels like shallow emptiness and forces labour breathing.

Hi everyone,
Is it normal to feel discomfort and shallowness where your diaphragm is after birth. Its just forces me to labour breath and I get light headed.

Spoke to doctors about it they said they cant hear any wheezing in my lungs.

My labour experience, super confused where I made the mistake

Bub has been head down since 28 weeks pregnant.

anyone experienced labour where during contraction you couldnt sit and lay-down. You had to stand up and bear down.

I stood up for 22 hours with roughly 1 minute contraction that was 5-3 minutes apart . In between got morphine but that didnt help either. (Went from 1-6 cm dilated)

I was very motivated to have natural birth but the exhaustion and not being able to sleep scared me that I wont have energy for last phase of labour so opted out for epidural. With epidural I had some small naps in between and within 12 hours I Went from 6-10 cm dilated.

Then when it came to pushing bub wouldn’t come out. And when bub heart rate started going up I did emergency c section.

I thought being head down would have been enough but was there any other position while head down would have made this easier??

Today I had a emergency c-section. I dont know anything about its recovery.

Can you guys maybe share a list and tips how to recover from c-section. I was anticipating natural birth but became too exhausted.

But now I am not sure what to do or how to recover and what products can be helpful for recovery and scarring.

They mention some risk to bowel movements before surgery not sure.

Thanks

Scared about baby movements 40weeks + 1 day

Do movement of baby feel different at 40 weeks. Like do hard kicks become less and more rolling movement happens?

Things concerning me

  1. When I eat something sweet she moves alot, like stomach churning

but she didn’t do that today.

2.

  1. Experiencing less kicks and more like rolling feeling now.

So I went to the hospital where heartbeat, uterine contractions and US is normal.

But the only odd thing was that my baby is usually very territorial and hates having anything on my stomach but today she didn’t react much to the monitoring belts just occasional kicks.

They gave me option for induction and I am 1 cm dilated but before I go for it I am just wondering is it really decreased movement or she is just big now and not enough space for kicks all of a sudden.

I live in Sydney and its pain enough to dry adult clothes and I know little ones have a huge laundry. So I am thinking about getting a dehumidifier but not sure which one would work for Sydney. Any good recommendations would help heaps.
