Problem after TMobile switch

I'm trying to find a solution to my problem. My Dad has a Fresno Hotpepper flip phone. Under U.S. Cellular, he was able to make and receive calls, connecting through his automobile. Since his phone was migrated to TMobile, he has not been able to do that. When he pushes the voice activation button on his steering wheel, nothing happens. I paired his phone with my auto and got the same results.

We went to TMobile. They changed the SIM card and rebooted the device. No change. They contacted tech support and worked with the phone, but there was no change. We have unpaired the Bluetooth then paired them again. I have cleared his cache. I don't know what else to try.

Any ideas?

Tremfya Injection Site

About 36 hours ago, I administered my 6th Tremfy injection. I have not experienced any reactions or issues with the prior injections. The morning after the injection, I had a small red spot at the injection site (which has been typical). By that afternoon, the red spot had grown and was very itchy, almost looking like a small group of hives. The itchiness even woke me in the middle of the night. (I have been using a topical hydrocortisone.) This morning, it is even larger (About 2"x3"). I took an antihistamine and this has helped with the discomfort. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a one-off, or should I expect this to happen each time in the future? Am I treating it correctly? Any insight is welcome

Processing

I don't think there's actually a problem, but would like to be sure. Hoping someone has similar experience. My spouse and I applied for passport cards, years ago. We applied at the same time and received our cards at the same time. We recently applied for full passports and card renewals. I received mine 2 weeks ago, but he has not heard anything beyond the receipt of an email acknowledging receipt and assigning a processing number (1 digit different from mine, if it matters). Should we be concerned, or is this normal? Thanks

Disability rating

The Workman's Comp doctor has not provided a PPD rating, though I am 11 months past MMI, so my settlement court dates keep getting rescheduled. I am considering getting a rating on my own and arguing at my next date that it should be used, rather than continuing to wait. I am not sure how to do that, though. Can my personal doctor do it? Does my original surgeon do it? Is there some specialized physician that I need to find? Does anyone have insight on this?

Settlement Negotiation

I have a court date next week. Hopefully it will be the conclusion of this process. My claim is actually through the state, involving volunteer work. I am wondering if anyone has successfully countered the initial offer they received. I have not engaged a lawyer. Is it normal to accept the offer, or is it more common to counter and receive a slightly higher amount. I know Missouri has very specific formulas for calculating compensation.
