does anyone else find dancing unnatural?

hi everyone. sorry if this sounds silly, but does anyone else find dancing really uncomfortable?

how can I learn to dance naturally when it feels weird to me?

I’m not sure if it’s worrying about being perceived, trouble with coordination, or not knowing popular songs, but ever since I was a teen, I’ve avoided dancing in almost all situations. I really struggle at weddings, parties and when my friends or colleagues spontaneously start dancing 🫠

anyway, my friend and I are going away and she wants to go to a club together. I said yes because I want to challenge myself, but I am quite worried about not knowing how to dance!

I’d really appreciate any advice on how to dance/navigate a club environment

looking for a recipe

(please remove if this is the wrong place to post)

does anyone know where I can find a recipe for this kind of chocolate orange cake?

I’ve had it at three different cafes up north and it’s so good but I can’t find anything like it online!

is this a drastic transformation or am I overthinking?

I enjoyed her juice/vegan recipes on TikTok for years but recently her transformation has worried me. I don’t follow her now but it feels like influencers are losing weight very quickly

advice needed: I had my 1st gyno app after 1.5 years of waiting

hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on whether I need to keep pushing for further tests.

some context: I am autistic and don’t always describe or recognise pain/symptoms accurately. I also struggle to advocate for myself. I’ve been going back and forth to the doctor since 2022 about my periods and pelvic pain, originally thinking I had PMOS.

in February 2025, I was added to the waiting list for a gynaecology appointment in July 2026. since my referral in 2025, my symptoms have gotten noticeably worse, especially with my fatigue, bladder and bowel issues.

on the day of my appointment, I brought a one-page summary of all my symptoms, plus notes on my family history and previous scans/treatments I’ve tried over the last 4-5 years. I had a fantastic nurse who went through my summary and questions, so I finally felt heard. she said it sounded a lot like endometriosis.

the doctor came in and told me he was going to put me on desogestrel and tranexamic acid for six months, or offered to fit the coil. I said yes to the pills even though I’ve tried both in the past.

I explained that I want to know what is causing these symptoms. I asked if being added to the laparoscopy waiting list was possible. I also asked to have my iron levels tested.

the doctor said that the laparoscopy isn’t an option since my ultrasounds were ‘fine’, I’m ‘still young’ (I’m 27) and don’t want children yet. he agreed to the blood test even though my previous test was ‘fine’ (it was 6+ months ago and I was taking high strength iron supplements).

I feel strange about how things went, but I’m trying to trust the doctor’s opinion. should I keep pushing for further tests?

thoughts on iza szyszko?

pls remove if not allowed, but has anyone else watched Iza’s content? I used to love her vegan juice recipes but recently it seems to have shifted to body checking and ‘beautymaxxing’. she seems to be deleting comments or kicking off at anyone that calls it out though
