I always say the wrong things and come off too strong

I have a huge problem which is causing me a lot of anxiety. I’m 26 and is a people pleaser at heart. I really hate hurting people etc. Yet I’ve been described as “no sugar coating”, someone who says their mind no matter what. In social situations it seems that I always say the wrong things or come off to string. Especially when out drinking with friends. No matter how many time I shame myself and try to change, I keep saying things that people feel uncomfortable by or offended by. It’s not everything I say if course, but I feel like it’s always a matter of time before I accidentally say something “offensive” or wrong in some way. It’s so exhausting as I really try to avoid it but still keep on being this way. I’m studying important topics at university to try get better. But I’m honestly worthless. No matter how much I study and learn about people’s triggers I keep messing up. I guess I’m a lost case. Sometimes I feel like I should just give up on having friends as I will just fuck it up in some way probably. For context I do have ADHD and it’s really hard for me to think before I speak. No matter how hard I try to be “better”. I really hate myself. It hurts so much knowing I make others uncomfortable, sad or whatever it is. I hate it more than anything else. I don’t know why I’m writing this I just wanted to get it out. Maybe someone can relate. It’s so tiring, when you REALLY try yet fail over and over. I don’t even care if someone “understands”. I don’t want to ever hurt someone period. And I seem to do that more than most. I really hate myself for that.

My nails keep getting worse…

Been in such stressful situations for the past year. My nails keep getting worse and worse… I’ve been biting since I was 6. Especially on the sides of the nails and it keep getting further up. Posting here to maybe be able to stop or be more mindful again. Last picture is the time I managed to stop for maybe 3 weeks. But since then it’s gotten so much worse lol.
