Is this a Rave app bug or is the person actually coming online?

I've noticed that a user's last seen keeps changing in strange ways For example it might show "16 minutes ago," then later "7 minutes ago," even though I never saw them appear online. Sometimes it also jumps between things like "2 hours ago" and "3 days ago

Has anyone else experienced this? Is Rave's last-seen status known to be buggy or delayed or does this definitely mean the person is opening the app?

I’m looking to buy a compact digital camera point & shoot type second-hand If anyone is selling or knows a shop/place where I can find one please let me know

Also open to suggestions on which models are best in this budget
