Hi I’ve been with edf for over 5 years
Just got solar and a battery fitted

Filled in the SEG last week uploaded all documents and photos of meter export readings

I’ve just switched to there go drive tariff

So I can now switch the system to money saving mode

So yesterday switched it over so last night the battery filled from the grid

So will the SEG payments be back dated to the application date or start when fully completed

Should I switch back to self powered mode to it’s fully completed ?

Do you have to have a EV to switch to this tariff
As I’ve worked out this would be the best tariff to be on planing on getting an EV next year but not yet as this paying out for solar and a heat pump this year

Hi all
Survey was all done and completed
Surveyor recommended the daikin unit
Was all agreed and I signed the paperwork

Now they want to come back survey again
And where the heat pump is going because they would rather fit a cosy

The thing that worries me is the cosy is supposed by octopus only and there software instead of a standalone unit which I can control and anyone can look after and service it in the future

Especially if I don’t want to be on there electricity taffies
