Good morning. I had roughly 90$ refunded to my pc account the refund was requested june 19 and june 20th . It shows it was posted june 22nd. I leave everything in my savings account and nothing is ever in my chequing account. But i never actually received the refund and i know that for a fact because i calculated everything in my account. Im wondering if anyone else has issues with this? I truly hate pc’s way of posting transactions.

Good morning just looking for some insight. Back in 2022 I was taken to court and my ex and i got 50-50 of our two children, one of which is not his biological child. Since that court hearing I have moved 45 km away due to me not being able to afford our mutual home.. this was three years ago .. However, my ex now works in the city that I live in. We just got noticed that our Daycare is closing as of June 26 and he wants to move the Daycare to a location That is an additional 20 minutes away from my house that will now turn my children’s commute into an hour and five minutes long. During the winter time he is not present in the home he works overnight. Therefore he does not see my children on a regular basis. My children are five and seven, and have communicated to me on a regular basis that their grandparents are the ones that are “raising them “my children have also voiced numerous of times that they are not comfortable with their grandparents. I applied for legal aid back in 2022 but the lawyer that I had did not help me unfortunately she docked me for quite a few hours and only sent me five emails so I am doing all of this on my own.. his income is substantial higher than mine as he works over 12 hour shifts.

I cannot have family help me with picking up my children or even watching my children because I have to work in a city that is 35 minutes away from my home. I have put 132,000 km on my car in the last three years there has to be something that I can do.

I found a school that is within both of our homes that is a Catholic school that has a before and after school program as well as a March break program that is covered through school therefore, neither of us would have to pay out-of-pocket

What do i file ? And what is my best chances and ensuring this is a smooth process for our kids

While I would love to apply for full custody, I do not think that the court is going to allow that however I am looking on help on getting my children moved to a school that is in between the both of us where we both have equal driving time that basically forces him into being the parent, not his parents..

Another thing I forgot to mention, he enrolled both of my children in a after school soccer program that starts at 6 o’clock and ends at 7pm-8pm that is again way to far from our house and also way to close to their bed time for them to get any sort of proper sleep.
