Got into an accident, not at fault
I was driving on a two-way main road when another driver pulled out from a side street despite having a stop sign and failed to yield, colliding with the rear passenger side of my car and scraping along the side. Police responded, a report was taken, and no one was injured. The rear wheel is now rubbing, so I’m not driving it until it’s inspected.
Based on the photos, does this look like something that would likely be repaired, or could it end up being totaled?
