My limited analysis of the mainstream Knight theories, ranked by my perceived likelihood of being true.

Theories in the same category are regarded as fairly equal

Very likely:

- Asriel Knight: Following Deltarune as a parallel story to Undertale. Has means, method, motive, the potential strength to wrestle Undyne, and a lack of proper counterevidence. Plus, he’s likely quite tall. The reason I typed this here.

- Dess Knight: Unfalsifiable wildcard that isn’t disqualified because of that. However, the opportunities are immense, and, due to how little we know, you can make up almost anything to explain the Lost Girl theme. Plus, it lines up most with the Knight’s body shape.

Moderately likely:

- Rudy Knight: Explains his odd behavior. He has means, method, and motive. Only issues are the Chapter 2 closet and him likely lacking the strength to wrestle Undyne

Slim chance:

- Carol Knight: Likely a red herring, but she has the means, method, and motive. Main issues are the Mansion-to-church logistics, and, again, Undyne.

- Papyrus Knight: I genuinely cannot see any version of Papyrus being the Knight. He’s just too based. Only merit I think it has is lining up with the Knight’s body shape.

That’s all I feel like mentioning. Thank you for reading.

TL;DR: (Asriel, Dess), (Rudy), (Carol, Papyrus).

Knight theorist slander for if they are right, but wrong about the specifics.

If these do not apply to you, they do apply to you /s

Disregarding evidence, why do you LIKE the Asriel Knight theory?

I mean this with utmost respect.

After all, I believe that what defines our beliefs in theorizing isn’t so much as evidence, but rather in what we would find most enjoyable, from our perspective. This is why I find Knight debates rather pointless.

So, why do you like Asriel Knight? I’m rather curious to hear what people (here) think.

What other unused moves still exist as obtainable PS moves?

Naming a move Heads or Tails in the skill builder causes it to turn into an unused and broken sentry move, so what else exists like that?

Has Child Emporer met Blast?

I was rereading the Webcomic, and noticed that he specifically mentions Blast, which I feel is a bit out of place, considering the enigma that Blast has been set up to be in the WC.

What’s a joke/crack theory that you unironically believe might be true?

I will go first.

Repost because I got a better clip. Strength Difference blinds you now. (Volume warning for some reason.)

Only fixes itself when you leave and rejoin.

What are the limits of the Skill Builder?

Can I make whole Conquest level cutscenes (hyperbole) or nah?

Thinking about making a move where you travel to the moon and back, with a cutscene and all.

What aspect of the Deltarune fandom pisses you off the most? (Aside from the obvious things)

I’ll go first, to lead by example, in the comments.

(Don’t know who made the attached image. It was someone on Pinterest)

A bunch of the style bonuses are in Fr*nch. Plus, Fr*nce was a prominent force in WW1. It would make sense, if very unfortunate and unrealistic.
