I'm an incoming freshman, and I want to take physics 2211k this semester. I took the calculus AB (MATH 2211) exam and got a passing score of a 3, but GSU does not qualify it for calculus 1. I have a solid understanding of calculus and got a decent grade in the class as well. Is it possible I can speak with my advisor on orientation day to get the prerequisite requirement lifted so that I can take 2211k this semester?

I just wrapped up my senior year and took a couple AP exams last month. I'm very wary of a specific test that I'm VERY confident I did very poorly on. If I take my chances and don't cancel the score, would a 1 on my record affect—even slightly—my chances of getting into a T25/Ivy? I will be applying as a trad student. Would the best option be to just have that specific score canceled for free?

I know that some schools require ALL scores to be reported for first-year students; I'm not sure whether that applies to transfer students as well.
