Cut Dairy, Soy and Eggs - where to now?

Baby is 3.5 months. Blood in stool consistently since 7 weeks old.

Cut:
- dairy - 10/06
- soy - 20/06
- eggs - 28/07

Still blood. Sometimes lots of streaks of blood. Gaining weight fine, generally happy. Have tested for bacteria/virus etc.

Have referrals pending but have received vague messages about extended waiting periods.

Wouldn’t even know what to cut next. I am happy to go to formula but also know that would be an all or nothing approach. Also have a toddler in daycare so love the coverage she’s getting from the constant illness from breastfeeding.

Could do a diary but eat pretty much the same thing every day. And the blood is there most days.

Where did people go after this point? I’m at a loss.

Someone talk some sense into me

16 week old. Second baby. 2 under 2.

Alright I think I need a wake up call to get sleep on track. Also advice on how the heck people are keeping a multi-nap baby schedule with a toddler.

16 week old has no schedule really. Naps are carrier, feed to sleep and contact (sometimes can transfer) or occasionally independent. Wake windows are… about 2 hours. Couldn’t even tell you. Naps are consistently 40 minutes but I extend one whenever my toddler is asleep (mostly for my sanity). Kinda been floating around like “it’s fine she’s a newborn” but she’s not a newborn anymore lollll help.

Bedtime is feed to sleep and then into the snoo. Sleeps from approx 7pm until 5am with a feed at 3am. At 5am I usually feed her in bed and just leave her in bed with me (I’m awake) until she wakes sometime between 6:30am and 8am. Wake up is loose. Bedtime is loose.

With my eldest I was militant about the schedule and not feeding to sleep by this point. We sleep trained through a number of SWAP’s then FIO at 5 months and her sleep has been a dream since.

I’m kinda terrified I’m setting my second up to be hard work sleep wise with my total lack of consistency with a schedule. I just don’t know how to do that with a toddler running around and I’m solo most of the time.

Any advice would be appreciated.

When to also cut soy

Baby is 9 weeks old. Generally settled. Sleeps well. Dropped from 50th to 35th percentile between 2 weeks and 6 week check but otherwise fine.

Had several nappies with blood last week. Doctor had me cut dairy, and said if I still saw blood to cut soy also. Not my regular GP as she’s away, so just saw a random doctor.

No blood for 5 days and then bam, a fair bit of blood in her nappy today. I have a weigh in at family and community health to check her weight gain next week.

I guess my question is how long do you expect to see blood in stool after cutting allergens? I’ve read sources of up to 4 weeks, but don’t know if this is the extreme end and a shorter period is more common.
