This A5 Wagyu beef hitsumabushi is limited to just 50 servings per day, so people start lining up the before the open restaurant opens.
The beef was tender and flavorful, and the best part was changing the way you eat it thoroughout the meal.
For less than ¥3000, it felt like a pretty good deal !!
