Just got diagnosed + question about "high status"

Hello I just got diagnosed with NPD while having other diagnosis too, a bodernarcissist. I fit 7/9 of the criteria but I dont think I fit the "association with high status people" criteria, can anyone explain what it is? Does anyone else relate?

I found this spider, what species?

Perth- Australia, im deathly afraid of spiders where i get hallucinations of them, so this is kinda exposure therapy for me, but i bought her outside instead of hurting her. Which is a win for me and the spider. Im curious what species is it?
