Is washing your face 3 times a day too much?

For people that wear makeup throughout the day how do you get around cleansing your face? I wash it in the morning, but as i get home in the afternoon (4pm) i need to wash off all that make up, which i first use micellar and then the cleanser. Then again before sleep my face gets oily so i naturally wash it off before putting all my products on. Is there any better way to do this?

I found cat in my bathroom

As the title says..she found a way to climb up the highest corner in the bathroom and somehow all the way to the first floor of our house without any of us noticing her. Bear in mind it’s the middle of the night here. I don’t know what to do but i did make sure to leave her some water and food.

We found cat in our bathroom

Soo..as the title says we just found someone’s cat hiding in our bathroom. Bear in mind its the middle of the night here. Does she look healthy to you from a first glance? Im fearing she escaped here seeking a quiet place to die since since we got few ‘outside’ neighborhood cats wandering around. She’s high up and when i tried to touch her head she didn’t flinch but didnt seem happy either. She’s having this dull look on her face thats making me think something is wrong, and back of her back are moving kinda fast as if she’s rapid breathing but she could be scared (?) i genuinely don’t know what to do. I hope she doesn’t have rabies.

Is this the sign of the heart attack?

Last night my mum had some symptoms that to me were very much heart attack alike and i would love to know if we should be concerned. She's the type of person that rejects going to the ER unless it's life of death kind of situation. The symptoms were: band-like feeling of tightening around chest from both side, tightening around the neck with almost the inability to breathe and it was going up to the jaw, tingling in the fingers, and once it passed, which was like 5-10 minutes after, she started shaking. After that she was completely fine as if nothing happened. Her pulse and blood pressure were also in the normal range (according to her - shes a nurse). Pulse was 77, and blood pressure was 120/60. The only thing is she usually her entire life had low blood pressure so this could be considered a slight elevation. I have Apple Watch so i tried the "ECG" function and it gave me "synus rhytam" but i don't know if i should rely on it. She's 60 years old and she's not obese. She's going to the night shift tonight, and im gonna try to convince her into doing a checkup, but until then it's gonna be another 12 hours so i'd like to know an opinion or advice on this please.

Clips from Tv Shows - where to find?

Im trying to create a meme in a reel format for Instagram of bunch of Homelander clips assembled in high resolution but im not sure where exactly to find what im looking for. I’ve only came across one site where you have to pay 5€ for a month and even they don’t have all i want. Is there another legal way to do it myself?
