Ridge Wallet Ad - do not enter, they sell your information to scammers

Avid Jim listener here. I listen to the full episodes from the website and listen to the ads.
Recently Jim and Brian have been plugging the Ridge content for the supercars etc. Being a hopeful optimist I joined to see what the chances are. I figured they would sell my info to other advertisement companies etc so I used an email specifically for spam.
(I knew what I was getting into).
Recently, I've started to get sign up notifications emails from websites saying that I've signed up for services for loans and other items of the sort. I'm not worried about identity theft because I monitor my credit and all my accounts are frozen with the big 3 credit unions for this purpose. These emails are also not using my name, so it's acting as a lure to get me to fill in information on their sites.
I have not clicked on any phony links and the issue started on 8/17 Monday after giving away my email late Sunday night on 8/16.
This post is just a warning. Don't sign up for any phony contest, don't provide your emails, it's all trash, even if Jim and Brain are pushing it.
I'm not blaming Jim or Brian as they don't pick their sponsors but it should be known to them that Ridge in general is scummy AF.
