How open should you be with recruiters?

I am wondering what information I should divulge to recruiters when talking to them. What's the etiquette?

For example, I would never casually talk to my company about how I sometimes look elsewhere for work. And if I was interviewing at another company, I would want to sell myself as much as possible.

When talking to a recruiter, I want to sell myself enough that they feel I am worth their time. But I also would want to be open about the fact that I am apprehensive about leaving my company and even rejected a job offer last fall as it didn't feel good enough to risk leaving my company for.

The Vipassana course near where I live offers 10 day and 3 day courses. I'm an avid meditator but 10 days seems very intimidating (and it would also be difficult to get that time off work), so I'm much more inclined to go to a 3 day course.

Unfortunately they only offer 3 day courses to students who have already done the 10 day course. I'm assuming this is because they want more people to register for the 10 day course? If they opened up the 3 day to everyone, then that's probably what most people would register for? Or is there another reason why.

Melody in vocaroo link

Lyrics are something like "every night, I look into your eyes"

It's playing so clearly in my head, like a female musical/Broadway sounding voice. I thought it was ABBA but I've checked so many of those songs, so it might not be. I'm pretty sure it's from some kind of musical, or sounds like a musical song.

I have this melody in my head. Vocaroo linked below. The melody is part of the chorus I think, and it's sung in harmony. Sounds very much like "Teach Your Children" Crosby Stills and Nash. Basically my memory is that the verse is sung by one person, then when it gets to the chorus it does the melody in the link, with multiple singers in harmony.

For example a mechanic's social media bio being "I make things go vroom."

Or a cooking page's bio "I make tasty things."

Or a nature photography account "I take pictures of things."

I have no idea why this bothers me. It just rubs me the wrong way for some reason. I guess I'm just a hater for no reason. But isn't that what this subreddit is all about?

I was diagnosed with a hip labral tear and based on the x-ray, I do have a bit of FAI. Currently I don't have any serious issues with range of motion, I just have a dull chronic pain in the hip that gets worse if I sit for long periods of time or do any intense biking or running.

The doctor is prescribing that I do a durolane injection, and then down the road potentially PRP. These are conservative measures that can likely fix the issue instead of surgery. He stressed that the most important thing will be the physio exercises.

Has anyone done a durolane injection and what was the experience like, how did it feel after?

I'm also wondering if I should wait until after the injection to book a physio appointment to get an exercise routine started. Right now I am doing lots of stretching, rolling, bridges, and clamshells, but a physio will be able to provide a much more specialized exercise routine.
