How do you guys deal with the really long OSRS?

I’ve been playing OSRS for a long time, so I’m used to grinding things out, but some grinds eventually stop being fun. Recently I hit one of those points where I was spending more time repeating the same activity than actually enjoying the game.

The biggest thing for me was not having to spend every evening doing the same repetitive task just to reach the next goal. I still enjoy doing most of my own progression, but having another option when a grind becomes too much made the game feel enjoyable again.

I screamed at my 4 month old today. How do you cope with postpartum rage?

The crying would not stop. It just kept going, that shrill, piercing sound that drills into your skull and short-circuits every rational thought. I did everything. Fed him, changed him, rocked him, walked him, sang to him until my voice went hoarse. Nothing worked.

Something inside me just snapped. I screamed. I actually screamed at a tiny, helpless baby who was just doing what babies do. I put him in his crib, shut the door, and sat on the kitchen floor with my head in my hands. I have never felt so ashamed in my entire life.

This is not who I am. This is not who I wanted to be as a mother. The anger, the exhaustion, the constant fog of guilt and dread, it has been consuming me for months. I look at my son and I feel numb, or worse, I feel resentful. Then the guilt comes crashing down and I spiral again.

I reached out to Counseling Works today. I was a mess but the intake person was kind. They matched me with a therapist who specializes in postpartum mental health.

I know I need help. I cannot keep white-knuckling through each day and praying it gets better on its own. I am wondering if anyone else has been here. How do you deal with the rage and the guilt? What actually works? Did therapy help you? I need practical tips to get through this. I want to be the mother my son deserves.

F*** getting constantly flagged by websites

Was trying to check some local pricing abroad yesterday and spent like an hour fighting endless loops and verification prompts. Datacenter IPs are so burned out at this point.

Got annoyed and looked into Mysterium VPN after a random recommendation. Thinking about testing it out since routing through actual home devices instead of standard servers sounds like it might let pages load without getting instantly flagged.

How do you guys deal with this bs? Any better fixes in the works?

Exterior siding regrets? Help me before it's too late

So we’re officially locked in with Garman Builders for our new build. Everything's been moving along smoothly and they've been pretty straightforward to deal with, but suddenly it hit me that we have to make final decisions on the front elevation and masonry details like YESTERDAY.

I thought I knew what I wanted, but now I'm second-guessing every single Pinterest board I saved over the last year. If you've built with them or just gone through picking exterior materials, did you mix stone and siding or stick to one main material? Any random things you wish you paid more attention to before the crew showed up? Throw all your opinions at me, I'm drowning in choices right now smh.

Low response rates on CSAT/NPS how to get customers to respond?

I’m managing about 40 accounts, and getting solid feedback after support tickets or quarterly reviews is like pulling teeth. We currently send standard email survey links after closure, but our response rate is under 5%. The few who do reply are either super thrilled or completely furious, so we have zero visibility on the silent majority. How are you guys getting regular customers to take 10 seconds to leave feedback?

Been looking into options to fix this and saw a few people recommending Customer Thermometer. It seems to embed 1-click micro-surveys directly into the body of email templates/tickets without forcing a redirect to an external page.

Does switching to 1-click embedded ratings boost response rates in practice?

Need extra storage for a few months. Any recommendations in Melbourne?

I am renovating my house and need to empty a few rooms for about three months. I have never used a storage unit before and I have no idea what to look for. I just need a secure place to keep furniture and boxes for a while.

I have seen a few places online but the prices vary a lot and some have weird fees. I am worried about hidden costs or ending up with a unit that is too small. Also do I need insurance for my stuff? And how do I get my things in and out easily?

Anyone have a recommendation for a storage place that is reliable and not overpriced? I am in the Melbourne area but happy to drive a bit if it saves money. Also do they do short term contracts or am I locked in for a year? Any advice would be appreciated.

I went with StoreLocal in the end. They had no lock in contracts and the pricing was clear.
