Breakfast check?

Breakfast check?

Heyo,

I am new to healthy eating and tend to struggle to feel full or stay full. I wanted to know if im starting off my healthy but filling diet. I have 8 baby tomatoes, 3 slices of bacon, 2 mini cucumbers, 1 babybel, 1 Oui yogurt, and a big handul of raspberries.

If I calculated right its like 440 cals.

Do you guys think my calorie count seems correct?

and is that a good number of calories to have for breakfast?

I'm afraid of over eating.

Would love advice!

I hope to post more and have a great day guys!!

let go while on medical leave

location: Ohio - an at will employment state

In February of 2026 I broke my ankle and have been on temporary disability since then. It was a bad accident outside of work. I needed surgery and was unable to use the leg until last month. I was supposed to return to work after may 19th.

Today May 14th,

my boss called me to let me know they aren't taking me back.

He said they filled the position while i was gone and it's working out...

so they don't need me to come back.

(man the job market is cruel)

Whats confusing is that until now they were asking for updates on my recovery and when i could return.

May 19th was supposed to be my last appointment before i was cleared to return by my doctor and i told them that in April.

I just dont understand why they couldn't have told me about this like a month ago?

Idk if we signed and FMLA or anything. the owner said i should file for unemployment.

Is this illegal and is there anything i can do about it?

if it is illegal is it worth fighting?
