Trust me, California will be on the front page throughout the impending bust.

Remember when Rebubble used to incessantly bring up Idaho?

Weird how you never see anyone talking about Idaho on there anymore.

"Wow. Insane amounts of inventory hitting in New England. Guessing it could be another 60-90 days before sellers capitulate eñ masse on pricing"

For those who don't know AnotherBurny was one of the creator of Rebubble's alt. From the greater Boston/Southern New Hampshire area. Tried to time the housing market, shot himself in the foot, so now he rents in Portugal still spamming Twitter daily under the name NipseyHoussle.

The Demographic Time Bomb Under the Housing Market

Everyone keeps arguing about rates, the Fed, and whether prices will dip 5% or 10%. But almost no one is talking about the demographic wall ahead. Boomers own a massive share of U.S. housing stock, and over the next 10–20 years that inventory will transition to a generation that is smaller, poorer, and already struggling with affordability.

What happens when we shift from a housing shortage narrative to a structural oversupply reality?

Embiid is now 0-6 in the 2nd round

Of the 6 teams who beat Embiid:

1 eventual champion (2019 Raptors)

4 lost in CF (2018 Celtics, 2021 Hawks, 2022 Heat, 2023 Celtics)

1 yet to be determined (2026 Knicks)

So it's not even like he kept losing to the teams en route to the finals or championship.

Which of these is the worst loss? I'd have to say the 2021 Hawks or the 2023 Celtics after being up 3-2 and letting Tatum destroy them.
