Unable to get through to an adviser via webchat!
I have been continuously trying since this morning to get through to an adviser to rectify a error in my P800 calculation but no matter what I write, it keeps on repeating ‘Our advisors are not available to discuss your query at the moment’. I’ve even typed ‘I need to talk to an adviser’ up to 50 times in a row but the chat bot keeps giving the same reply. Calling is not an option since I’m abroad.
Does anyone have any advice regarding any specific words or phrases that may lead to me being placed in a queue for an adviser?
