I have been continuously trying since this morning to get through to an adviser to rectify a error in my P800 calculation but no matter what I write, it keeps on repeating ‘Our advisors are not available to discuss your query at the moment’. I’ve even typed ‘I need to talk to an adviser’ up to 50 times in a row but the chat bot keeps giving the same reply. Calling is not an option since I’m abroad.

Does anyone have any advice regarding any specific words or phrases that may lead to me being placed in a queue for an adviser?

Have just received an email saying that my outbound flight from MAN to DXB will now reach at 2100 instead of 2000. That makes it a connection time of 0 hrs 5 mins.

What do I do in this situation? Is the onus on Emirates to find me the next flight out of Dubai to my destination whilst keeping the initial leg, with stay in Dubai? Or do I have to the rebook myself? I booked directly via the Emirates website

Just to add: I’ve just done a search on the website to see if there are any alternative flights next week, but all outbound economy flights until 26th May are being shown as sold out, which is quite weird.
