PLEASE READ THE FULL EXPERIENCE BEFORE ASKING ME QUESTIONS THANK YOU

After spending over $150 dollars on extra things to make the Wacom One compatible with my computer, it simply does not work.

I cannot recommend this product to ANYONE unless that have fully reviewed the Wacom One computer spec requirements and they are POSITIVE that it will work. Your computer specs must match TO THE T, EXACTLY what the wacom one needs or it seems NO amount of extra purchases in accordance with guidance from wacom will work.

The 3 in One Display Port Converter (Wacom Brand) DOES NOT WORK

If you want frustration and disappointment, go ahead and purchase the Wacom One.

This is my first foray into drawing tablets, and it is absolutely my last. Back to literal sketchbooks we go!

Parts were also missing on BOTH purchases, as i returned the first wacom due to parts missing. The same parts came missing with the second purchase and Wacom has yet to respond. Now It Does Not Matter i suppose, but if you are expecting the box to come with extra nibs and all advertised components, please don't.

wacom one - display port assistance required please

hi, i'm losing my mind!

ordered wacom one from amazon
it came missing extra nibs & clearly used
sent it back
ordered a second wacom one from amazon
it came missing the extra nibs again
not sending it back, since i guess that's just how we do things now (DO NOT order your wacom from amazon, i have already written to wacom support via manufacturer site to see if they would be so gracious as to send me the 3 extra nibs that are supposed to be and are definitely NOT in the box)
connected it to the computer via included USBC - USBC
the light on the wacom blinks, indicating it's not receiving enough power
cannot find display port settings on my computer - assume not to have them
shopping for a cable or converter for display port

here's where i am stuck

what the heck am i looking for

here's the products i found

will either of those work? which one? both?

how?

- I read to fall asleep, resulting in some odd positioning
- and falling asleep with the book open, bad for spine
- and have read it a few times

after this read I will be forever shelving this copy until I can get the binding fixed and likely acquiring another copy for the next read through
