I'm researching abt places where I could go and do my flying, and Russia is an option. However idk what or how the flying is for international students.
In all honesty, I don't know russian (but am willing to learn, but realistically that would take a year or 2 to even get the basics of it)

Teenager in need of help for piloting and doesn't know what to do.
I don't even know how to start this, I turn 18 in 27 days and I feel like I'm so behind.
For some context, my biological father isn't present in my life and doesn't and never will pay child support.
My mother is unemployed and has no money atm.
My stepfather recently died and his family took all the money and ran off, leaving us nothing.
I want to be a pilot, and i always have been. Im not going to change my mind anytime soon about it.
Problem is,
I'm a US/Canadian citizen who lives in india
I can't go back there becuz of money problems
Idk if I can even open a bank account here and ask for a govt aid or smth
I hv no known family in states/canada
I am passionate about flying, it's the only thing I want to do. Im ready to even apply for scholarships, but I don't even think it would cover the cost I need.
(No military, cuz I've already discussed it with my mother, and she said no)
What I need help with
\- any known scholarships I could take?
\- any schools that I can join that maybe have a degree + flying programme I can get into?
\-cadet programmes?
