Weezer Gold Album Blood Records today at 3 PM
Not fully confirmed but certain enough to post
Why the hell do a third of my rank wins magically not count towards anything?
Just finished a match where two players on my team left, one at the beginning the other after we won the first three rounds without any losses (seriously why even bother playing ranked?) and at the end of the match, both my rank and rank rewards didn’t have any progress given for the win. This is not the first time it has happened but it damn well better be the last.
My one complaint with siege is the lack of any real reward for playing it and ranked is the one mode that gives something. I’m not great at the game, couldn’t even say good, I’m trying to get better so when I finally have a good match, why can’t it just count?
Also to ask again, why leave when you’re winning? Or why queue if you have somewhere to be? Or don’t play ranked if you’re going to dip at the slightest inconvenience, like come on people.
Edit to add:
Funny coincidence that had just now hit me, strange how not a single loss has disappeared like the wins…
Not saying I’m better than I am or would have a much higher rank but still
Does anyone have any experience with Invergordon’s new(?) OB line?
K&L (RareStorage) Experience
I’ve seen a few posts related to this on the DCwhisky sub but haven’t seen anything on K&L specifically. Does anyone have any experience ordering from them? It says they deliver to Virginia but just curious if anyone has any knowledge or experience with them
SpiritsPalooza and its amazing drop
Waited in line at Store #80, 4 people total there at 4:30. The list dropped and was met with everyone there leaving.
There was Eagle Rare, Blanton’s, and unremarkable bottles of 1792, Wild Turkey, and Penelope.
Great job, Vabc. Glad I only got there at 4:20.
Best Rum Under $100 for an Experienced Spirit Drinker
In my time drinking I’ve been wanting to get a good taste of each main type of spirit and now it’s rum’s turn. I’ve tried looking into what rums are good quality and have found a general list of hits but was hoping I could get some help for what I want to get out of rum.
Requirements/Preferences: something meant to be sipped neat, preferably at least 43% abv (the higher the better but proof isn’t everything), open to any cask aging but not something that completely shifts the profile, preferably not Jamaican (I have had some Jamaican rums and the funk I think I am picking up is something I would like to experiment with at a later time)
