Awning
Does anyone know where I can source a 12’ awning for my popup. My popup has the track to slide it into, but I’ve been unable to source one. A Canadian retailer would be preferred to save on duties.

Finally nailed the flat
After many years I always had a dry(er) flat. This time I smoked on the masterbuilt 1050 16hrs on the middle rack, two large water pans on the main rack. Wrapped with a foil boat at 160. Started at 225 but found that there was a 20 degree difference between the left and right (firebox) side. I rotated at wrap and increased the temp to 235. Used chunk charcoal with hickory chunks. Did a hot hold.
Next time I will cook at bit warmer and leave more time for the hold.
Does anyone else have a big temp swing in their masterbuilt? Any tips? There are some expensive mods, but maybe something home built?

Thank you Utility Workers
Just wanted to say thank you to those that work with Epcor or with a utility company. I’m sure the last few weeks haven’t been easy. Edmonton has really handled this record breaking rainfall really well. I can’t believe more underpasses weren’t flooded! It seems our infrastructure has really held up well.
