Deals: How best to handle split required Company Associations?

I manage Hubspot for a sales team serving numerous verticals, including some with business (a company) and residential (no company) customers. For our B2B reps, we have kept Company Association a required field when they are creating a Deal to ensure adherence. However, now that we are onboarding more of our B2C sales reps, this requirement would halt them from creating a Deal at all because there is only a Contact, no Company.

Because this is a global on or off setting, are there any advisable workarounds that aren't overly complex for the reps?

Any night owls ever do late-night road rides when the world is sleeping?

Night owl here in a smedium-sized midwestern town, with quiet rural roads in the outskirts. Obviously heightened safety risk, but always thought a late night summer group ride with the road all to yourselves, coffee stops and glizzies and roller dogs at the otherwise ghost town 24/7 convenience stores, would be a core cycling experience and memory.

Anyone done this, group or solo?

How are you managing your waxed chains?

Been waxing chains for a couple years, but have been an infrequent rider that's now upping mileage. With the best of waxes only staying quiet and smooth for 150-250 miles and many of you racking up that many or more a week, curious how you manage your chains? Are you swapping out multiple chains? Using drip waxes in between hot waxes? And if you really are waxing weekly, are you swapping out $5 quick links every time (I re-use mine, but I know many don't)?

My goal is to avoid black, greasy, grimy chains with the least effort.

Prices being similar, does Canyon make sense?

Been a longtime fan of the Aeroad and would love to have one. But, along with some negative quality stories from mechanics, the short warranty on the frame is of concern. If LBS discounts bring name brands with equal specs with lifetime warranties into the same price bracket, does the Canyon make sense? Is it really an ideal solution for people that won’t keep it long enough to see the warranty expire?

Elementor for company website or is it too “heavy?”

Working with a developer to build our company a new website, and we originally requested they use Elementor, in large part so we can continue to add pages, modify content, and evolve the site ourselves over time.

The developer agreed to build on it, but came back to us with a recommendation to instead use Genesis, stating that Elementor is too heavy. The developer, in my purview, is aiming a little too hard at achieving very high PSI performance scores, versus balancing it with overall user experience in line with modern-day algorithm standards.

After a demo with Genesis, I’m not sold that it’s an easy resource for an end user (I’m a marketer and graphic designer, so I just need the tools) to actually edit pages, add elements, etc.

Is Elementor from a technical perspective really an issue I should be concerned with?

Anyone have Covid trigger new allergies?

I had what I can only assume was Covid 2 months ago (doctor didn’t bother testing it) and spent 6 weeks after the worst passed with drainage, constant coughing, sore throats. Took a business trip away from the area and it all up and vanished. A couple hours after my return I’m feeling awful again, maybe worse, complete with an allergy rash on my neck.

Only Zyrtec has helped. Have never dealt with allergies in all my life prior to this.

Running Outlook on Mac. Up until a week or so ago I had a very detailed signature builder in Outlook…tables, cell and row options, alignment options, color options, the works. One day I noticed the settings menu changed layout, and upon further inspection, that builder was gone. There is still a blue “options” button when I highlight the signature I want to edit, but it does not open anything.

Did MS can it, break it, or?
