I’m going to be installing some pretty big printed vinyl panels by myself. They’re not huge, around 80 × 167 cm, and I have about 20 pieces to put up.I don’t see many people on YouTube using wet application for printed vinyl, but the print shop told me it’s fine. I’m just wondering if wet application has any downsides or if there’s something I should watch out for.
I run a small side business where I mainly cut vinyl and frosted film. Next year I’m thinking about getting a printer so I can start doing car graphics and some sign work. I’m unsure what the best approach is: should I invest in a high‑end printer right away, or are there budget‑friendly printers I can start with and later upgrade to professional equipment if the work volume grows?

We agreed, but then an unmarked, small, old car pulled up. They told us to get in. It looked extremely sketchy, but the officers were armed, in full armor, and carrying scissors and other gear, so we didn’t feel like we had a choice.Instead of a short ride, they drove us for about 20 minutes.
When we arrived, it wasn’t even clear that it was a police station — we were taken in through the back, into a sketchy hallway with a broken asbestos ceiling. We tried asking several times why we were being taken in and what was happening, but nobody answered.
My girlfriend is pregnant — maybe not visibly — but we told them because the situation was becoming very stressful. Still no explanation.We waited for two hours with no information. After three hours, we finally got some water. Then they told us we could leave, but they didn’t help us get back to where they picked us up.
We didn’t even know where we were. We had to walk at 2 AM through an area we didn’t recognize.I understand if they needed to check something quickly — 10 or 15 minutes would have been fine. But three hours, no explanation, no help, and being taken in such a frightening way… it wasn’t okay. It made us scared to go out after 9 PM and it honestly changed the whole trip for us.
Model: VEVOR KH‑1350A vinyl cutterI'm having an issue where the blade sometimes drops slightly while traveling between points (not cutting), which causes random scratches on the vinyl.I also had gaps in cuts before, and I found out the carriage was hitting the pinch rollers. I moved the rollers all the way to the ends and that fixed the gaps.But the blade still sometimes lowers itself a tiny bit during travel.Has anyone seen this on these cheap solenoid‑lift plotters? Is this a solenoid issue, blade holder issue, or something with the carriage/rail?

Is there no way to update firmware or do something to fix the issues?
My neighbors are now doing construction and removing old vinyl flooring that has a classic asbestos pattern. He believes the floor contains no asbestos. I myself removed a very small part of a similar floor in the past without knowing it contained asbestos, but I did it in a closed environment with a fan blowing the air out of the house.
His carpenter, however, is acting irresponsibly. He is walking the old flooring down the stairs, spreading dust everywhere. I pointed out that he could simply throw the waste out the window to avoid contaminating the stairwell, but he ignored it.My lungs are very sensitive, and I can feel when the dust particles are extremely fine. I kindly asked them to try to minimize the dust, but I feel helpless. I called government inspectors to make sure he is not removing the flooring the wrong way. When I play solo, I sometimes get matched with a 4‑stack that blames me for everything that goes wrong. I had a few games in a row like that. I still managed to win because I played okay, even with all the toxic pressure. I muted the team, but you still feel a bit empty inside when people behave like that. It feels especially bad when players from the Netherlands or England call me stupid because I can’t clutch, even if I killed three and only missed the last one.
