Hi everyone,

My friend and I (early 30s) will be in Munich Sept 16–20 and, due to an unexpected change in our original group trip, we’re now planning Oktoberfest completely on our own🥲

We’ll be there opening weekend and want the FULL experience (dirndls, beer tents, food, rides, meeting people, basically making a whole day of it) but we have absolutely no idea what we’re doing.

A few questions:

-Can two people realistically get into the big tents without reservations?
-How early should we arrive?
-is it better to stay in one tent or bounce around?
-what tents would you recommend for two women in their early 30s looking for a fun/social atmosphere?
-Should we book one of the GetYourGuide/Viator packages with a reserved table, or just wing it? Most seem to only include ~4 hours at a table.

Basically, if you were two girls showing up opening weekend with zero plans and wanted to have the BEST Oktoberfest experience, what would you do? 😂🍻

Also totally open to meeting people/joining a group. Any advice is appreciated!!

I’m trying to figure out if anyone has experienced something similar.

I’ve been on semaglutide for 3 months and usually just get a sore spot where I inject. Tonight I injected (.5) into my lower abdomen like usual, and immediately after pushing the medication in, I developed severe abdominal pain. It felt like my whole abdomen became extremely tight and almost burning.
Within minutes I:
-Vomited.
-Became extremely hot and sweaty.
-Had ringing in my ears and felt like I was going to pass out.
-Felt better lying flat.

The pain improved for a bit but then came back. I later had another episode of vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, burping, and the pain changed throughout my abdomen.

At times it was hard to even describe or point to where it hurt. I’m also on my period and have a history of endometriosis/PCOS, so I’m not sure if that’s relevant.

Has anyone had anything like this happen** **immediately after an injection? If so, what did it end up being?
