Manufacturing Engineer - Puget Sound

I did an internship with Boeing last summer. I had a fantastic time and performed well. I'd love to return fulltime after I graduate in March next year. I was put on ELOA but my team currently does not have capacity to bring me back, and my manager suggested I apply to the intern-to-fulltime job req and hope I get picked by another group.

How does this process usually work? Has anyone here done this with success? What's the success rate of this path? Any experiences/tips would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hi y'all, been an FPV drone guy for about a decade now, but am looking into getting a DJI to augment my nature clips with some stable cinematic footage.

I'm mostly gonna be out in nature and mountainous areas, so was thinking the air 3S is the better option, but the mini 5 pro has the smaller size going for it, and is slightly cheaper. Vertical video doesn't matter to me.

Anyone have some input they can give?
