Help progressing towards 180-200 kg

I’m a 197cm, 110 kg man who’s been working out regularly (more or less) for a bit over ten years.

For the last two years I’ve been training pretty regularly, maybe four times a week on a push/pull split. The only lift that I track is my bench, and I haven’t seen much progression for the last year (my max has gone from like 160 kg to 170 kg maybe).

I’m looking for advice on how to progress to 180-200.

I’ve attached my bench workouts (weight: reps, reps). After training flat bench I usually go for incline bench/dumbbell, maybe flies and then shoulders/triceps.

Best setup for playing music from an external harddrive

So I'm looking for the simplest way of playing music from an external hard drive. Basically just a very minimalistic interface (maybe like that of a 2006's mp3 player) where I can navigate the folder structure and play songs off my hard drive through my normal audio set up.

Wouldn’t a modern smartphone basically break most of the wizarding world?

I get that the books were written in the 90s, and that you really couldn’t predict how smartphones would turn out. But imagine if you gave everyone a smartphone with internet access? It would make their lives so much easier, especially given that you can enlarge stuff at will, meaning that you could turn your little phone into a tablet if you’d wanna read/watch something.

I get that electronics stop working where there’s lots of magic, but wouldn’t it make sense for the wizards to try to recreate smartphone technology?
