What job do you do?

SM affects us all differently. For me, the workplace is the absolute worst. I had extreme anxiety in the few jobs I've had. I can speak quietly for maybe a few minutes but then go mute for the rest of the shift and feel like I'm having a panic attack the whole time. Right now I barely make a living using delivery gig apps and I'm fine on my own with no anxiety. But it's not enough for me to pay my bills, it's a huge struggle, I haven't even paid my rent this month. I could probably do if I had a better car but I can't afford that right now. I haven't been properly diagnosed but know that would cost money I don't have so I'm stuck. What job could accommodate me without medical documents? What am I supposed to do? I live in Georgia, US btw.

Job accommodation

What's a job I can get where I don't have to speak? I have severe anxiety and I go mute in the workplace. This made me struggle at the few jobs I've had. I've only worked at restaurants. I have been diagnosed with social anxiety and I know I have selective mutism(it is not voluntary btw) as well but haven't been diagnosed yet so don't have medical documents to show that. I also think I might have autism and want to get tested. But all of that costs money so what am I supposed to do in the mean time to make money? What job can I get that will accommodate me without medical records? Right now I rely on delivery gig apps but I don't have a good car so it's not working. I haven't even paid rent this month and need health insurance so I'm desperate but don't know where to look.

Oily hair

This is after one day without washing. What am I supposed to do? Just find some better shampoo? I even tried clarifying shampoo and it didn't make a difference. And don't even bring up training my hair to produce less oil because that's a myth, at least for me. I've tried for months going days without washing, and it was torture. It made no difference whatsoever so I don't believe that.

No cut in years

I never knew how I wanted to style my hair. I was busy and hadn't had it cut in a year, and I started liking it long. Here's over 3 years of growth with no trims. So what now? I was thinking just go get it trimmed and cleaned up. This is how it looks after a good wash and blow dry just now.
