Calls Cannot Be Picked Up By My Staffs in Philippines
Is anyone else experiencing issues where calls cannot be picked up or when calls are picked up, calls cannot be heard?
My staff in the Philippines started having issues about on 24th June and we tried to reset the router, it did not help. Then we changed browser, that didn't work. Then we logged out and logged in. Didn't work. We changed lan cables, didn't work. She even changed to an entirely different location, it didn't work.
We were able to have telegram and google meet calls just fine. This is so frustrating as we are losing customers by the hour it doesn't get fixed.
