Older Yubikey USB-A model

I have an older yubikey USB-A model that works fine on my chromebook to authenticate on a google account. It doesnt work with my phone (even after getting an adapter). If I get a Yubikey 5C NFC can I add key that to my verification methods and use it on both my chromebook and phone google account? Will adding another yubikey interfere with how my older yubikey works on the chromebook or would I need to delete that from the google account first ? Is there a way to make my current yubikey work with my pixel phone? Sorry for the questions, very unclear about how the key works and what approach I should be taking

Energy Audit, Insulation and Air Conditioner Replacement - how to evaluate whether makes sense?

Central air is broken and needs to be replaced so that is a given and will cost around $13,000. Had an energy audit through Delmarva program in Maryland and they are recommending attic insulation (R38 blown insulation) to bring to R49 cost $4,250 and other costs such as air sealing (attic leaks, wall tops, bypasses, sealing of connection of $2700), and another $2300 of miscellanus smaller repairs to make dams around chimney flue, build insulation dams, etc. So the total is around $9250. Replacement air conditioning is $13,000 and estimated rebates are about $13,400. Very confused since not sure how to evaluate the proposal and what to do? According to them I can only get the rebates for the air conditioner replacement (going to heat pump) if the other items are done. I save some money if I get the rebate, but most of it is being spent for the insulation and other costs associated with the energy audit. Is something like this worth it? What am I missing? Thanks

Wallet Working Can Not See transactions

Wallet is installed and working fine to purchase items and I am getting alerts when a credit card is used. However, when I tap on the credit card to see transactions, I get a verify its you screen - go through the entering of a password and it takes me to use a security usb key or passkey to do 2 step authorization and then it goes into a loop and can't verify. I can get into my gmail account without any problems and fingerprint biometrics is working everywhere on the phone, but Wallet is not showing me transactions and the verify its you to see transactions screen I can't get past regardless of what I have tried. Any suggestions? Should I reinstall wallet? or just forget about trying to see transactions (since I don't need to see the list and get notifications by email and text when a transaction occurs). Thanks

Submersible Pond Pump with Frayed Wires

I have a submersible pond pump which now has frayed/exposed wires that are touching and causing a short of the GFCI. What solutions are there to splice or tape or something else to repair or replace this section of the cord so it will be safe to use underwater Thanks
