Digital preview vs. the final stitch-out! Custom couple portrait on a hoodie.

Spent some extra time dialing in the face outlines and the fine details on the dress so it wouldn't pucker on heavy hoodie fabric. Always satisfying seeing the design come to life off the screen.

What do you guys think of the final result?

Pricing Advice for These Embroidery Designs

I digitized these 3 designs for a Canada-based client. What would be a fair price to charge for them?

Would love to hear what other professional digitizers would charge.

From Machine to Fabric: Real Embroidery Texture, No AI

I reposted this piece because the previous version had edited colors to make the details pop a little more. A lot of people thought it was AI-generated, so this time I’m sharing the raw embroidery result exactly as it came off the machine.

This is real embroidery digitizing and stitching — no AI texture, no filters. The rough painterly texture, thread layering, and uneven artistic feel are all created through stitches and careful digitizing.

I just wanted to show that embroidery can achieve much more detail and texture than many people expect. Hope you can feel the actual threadwork better in these unedited photos.

• Balanced stitch density
• Controlled trims and jumps
• Optimized for small-size clarity

Feedback welcome—especially regarding small-detail readability.

Chenille vs Regular Embroidery — Same Design, Different Feel

Tried the same dog artwork in two different embroidery styles- chenille vs normal fill stitching.
Chenille gave it a soft, fluffy, almost hand-crafted vibe, while the regular embroidery brought out cleaner details and sharper texture.

Honestly loved both in different ways 😄
Which one would you pick?
