When inserting my Everdrive X7 into the M64, I get a black screen. My Analogue 3D plays the cartridge just fine. I never did the bootloader update since I dont have an original N64. If I recall correctly, Analogue put out an update some time ago that remedied this. Short of buying an OG N64, is the only solution to wait for Modretro to hopefully patch this?

Has anyone else noticed screen tearing with Ratatouille on PS2? I’ve played it on my LCD with an OG PS2 and I’ve played it on my LG OLED with a CECHA01 fully backwards compatible PS3, and I get screen tearing with both combos. Has anyone else run into this? I’m assuming the issue is with the game itself. I only saw one other report on Reddit where someone noticed it on the Xbox version.
