Yukon premier touts 'improved fiscal picture' in territory with budget update

What exactly are they taking credit for here? inaccurate financial forecasting, a mild fire season in Yukon? I don’t think they’ve done anything directly with their actions to save money or make the deficit better. Had we had an average fire season this year that deficit would have been probably worse than forecast.

Another day another power outage

We live in porter creek. I think we’ve had 4-5 power outages in the last week.

What grinds my gears is we pay some of the highest rates in Canada for power and the infrastructure is crumbling. Imagine having 5 power outages in the GTA? There would be a national inquiry

Need Advice: Has anyone gone against or altered their oncologists recommendation?

I have had a relapse (20 months NED) with 3 small liver mets (biggest is 1.5cm, the other two are smaller) and likely resectable but I'm still working through that with the surgeon. My oncologist is very firm on FOLFIRI + Panitumumub (Vectibix) perioperatively for reasons that I don't fully appreciate, such as: I am young and healthy he wants to be aggressive. The PAN has some particularly nasty side effects such as a rash and increases the infusion from a couple of hours to over 5 hours every two weeks. Some studies have shown that in limited-disease, resectable mets, adding an anti-EGFR has led to worse outcomes (New EPOC study).

I am feeling so torn. I spoke with the oncologist today and he was still firm on this recommendation, but he's not really the one at the other end of the IV. If it were aggressive and there were no potential downsides, I might still be okay with it, but there are some potential downsides. Everything I have read said it likely isn't needed in my case, and when I spoke to hime today he said I didn't have to do it, but it was still his recommendation.

How have you guys handled a situation like this?

Long story short is I was gifted this car last year, but it has some damage on the driver side quarter panel I want to fix. Instead of fixing the body and repainting, I was thinking on a vinyl wrap after fixing.

Sky is the limit in color. Give me your thoughts. I was thinking of blacking it out, but I don't know, that's not that creative.

Some context: this is my fun summer car. It sits in a heated garage all winter and I drive it for a few months a year. I don't want a color that stands out like crazy like neon green.
