SPX price improvement

Lately I've been seeing occasional price improvement on some of my SPX limit orders. I've never seen this previously on TOS (10+ years). Earlier today I put in a limit order to sell a put at the midpoint between bid and ask (usually a $0.10 spread), and then got filled at $0.10 above my limit, $0.05 above the displayed ask price. There wasn't enough market movement to cause this price change. Is this lag? Like the prices in the option chain I'm seeing are not the real current prices? I did notice TOS now has a 'price improvement' column in the filled orders section on the monitor / activity and positions page, and it's showing that it improved my price on that trade. Price improvement is great, but I'm not sure where it's coming from. I would have chosen a different strike if I knew the prices were actually different than displayed in the option chain.

Dell 3060 won't turn display back on using integrated graphics after some time

Hi all, I've got a weird issue that searching hasn't turned up any solutions for.

I've got a Dell 3060 SFF I bought used a few years ago. When using the hdmi integrated graphics, it won't turn the display back on from mouse or keyboard input after a day or 2 of running.

I'm using the 3060 to run a security camera system using Blue Iris. Originally I put a GT 1030 in it and was using that to run one monitor. It ran fine for a few years. It would go months without me rebooting it. Recently I stole the GT 1030 out of it to use in another system and plugged the monitor into the hdmi integrated graphics port. After I did that, the 3060 started not turning the display back on after it turned off after 1-2 days of running. Normally it will turn the display back on with mouse movement or a keyboard key press or if the camera software had an alert. It still does that for a while, but eventually stops responding to any of these inputs, but the computer is still running. It's still recording video to the hard drive the entire time. The monitor is working fine when this happens - verified with another system. If I hold the power button and restart the computer, it returns to working normally for another 1-2 days.

I'm running windows 10. The 3060 is on its own portion of my network and doesn't have internet access. I have it set up to never sleep, just turn off the display after 15 minutes. After this issue started, I tried turning off windows fast startup. In the bios I turned off deep sleep, blocked sleep and set the integrated graphics to be the primary display. None of that made a difference. I also took a look in event viewer and didn't see anything interesting before the system stopped responding.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? Any suggestions on how to fix this? If I don't want to restart the system every day, it seems like my last option is to just swap the GT1030 back and buy a different card for my other system. I haven't actually tried that yet, but I'm assuming that would fix it. I don't really need the 1030 in this system though, and I do need a card in the other system.

New concrete slab left with some delaminated spots

I just had a concrete slab poured for a workshop addition a few days ago. It has a few spots where the top 1/8" or so delaminated from the slab less than 2 hours after the concrete guys left (not sure exactly when, but that was when I got out on it to take a look, after the guys doing saw cuts left). In some of the spots the surface hasn't completely broken off yet, but if I tap the surface with my fingers I can feel the top layer moving and it feels hollow underneath so I assume they'll break up as soon as I walk on those spots, drive a car, etc. One of these looks like it might turn into a divot about 1' across once all the loose pieces break off. One spot (second picture) was left with an open divot about 1/8" deep. My GC for the shop build subbed this out to a concrete company. I informed my GC of the issue. He hasn't been out to look at it yet. He says we can fill the spots with an epoxy filler.

What would you do in this case? Is this normal? Is it fixable? Is it unacceptable? Personally I'm annoyed as most of the rest of the surface has a nice smooth finish which is what I want. I want to be able to move and place heavy equipment on the floor without running into holes or filled spots.

The concrete guys' process was place the concrete (with a pump truck), screed, float, wait about 2 hours (as they worked through the rest of the slab), then power trowel most of the surface off and on (moving around) for about 2 hours and finish the edges by hand. Total size is around 2200 square feet, half is 8" thick, half is 4-5".
