But ik ill have to wait till round 3

I’ve heard KANPUR is the best among these but their hostels are lowkey ass

GIMS is new BUT DAMN ITS SO BEAUTIFUL

So basically in INDIA , there are only like 100k medical seats(for MBBS ug) , out of that only 50k seats are governmental rest are private , the private medical colleges are A LOT LOT LOT more expensive than the government
But the standard of education is the same in government colleges

Now among those 50k government seats, if you are born a general male (caste decided on birth , basically the castes which were discriminated against in the past have been given FREE SEATS/reserved seats of which the merit goes very low like 100-150 marks less than of what a general candidate has to score )
You only get 20-25k GOVERNMENT NON RESERVED seats as a general male

Coupled to this fact is the entrance exam for the said medical seats has NO AGE LIMIT

The no of candidates appearing in this exam is 2.2-2.4 million each year

You can give this exam after 12th grade (idk what’s the foreign equivalent of this is)

I’ve been an intelligent hard working student and i thought I could’ve cleared it in the first attempt itself

But that year’s paper was harder than what I could’ve ever imagined so I had to take a GAP year for preparation (not preparing for syllabus , preparing for how to remain calm under pressure , how to maximise efficiency etc cuz I lacked only in these areas)

So the current year I gave the exam again , and FUCK YEAH I DID FUCKING WELL I could’ve gotten
All INDIA RANK <10k out of 2.3 million students and gotten into a decent university

Now 10 days pass and I was chilling, living the life I had sacrificed for these days

And they announce that THE EXAM HAS BEEN FUCKING CANCELLED??? Fuck you mean it has been cancelled and I’ve to give it again(it was leaked or some shit )

YOU EXPECT ME TO WORK THAT HARD AGAIN? WITH ALL THOSE UNCERTAINTIES AND SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND TO READ THE SAME SHIT FOR GOD KNOWS (nth) time?

AFTER I HAD RELAXED FOR LIKE 10 whole days?

I was born IN A MIDDLE CLASS GENERAL HOUSEHOLD

YOU’re telling me I’ve to compete against old fucks , and people who get selected with far less hardwork than me , rich fucks who had access to good education throughout and EVEN WHEN I MADE IT THROUGH IT MEANT FUCKING NOTHING?

It’d have been fine , I have no choice but to study yet again , BUT THIS FUCKING GIVES UNFAIR ADVANTAGE TO THOSE WHO WERE ON THE BORDERLINE (barely not getting selected)
