Why do customers… *fill in the blank*
Why do customers stand in front of the photo area when needing to pickup photo? We can’t ring you up there!!!
Now your turn, what is something customers do that has you thinking why??

Sat there for a little over a minute 🤨
This happened the other day. I presume it was a child, given the height of the hair color massacre
My store stationary hasn’t had a new POG since 2024. With back to school right around the corner, what’s the hold up? Any other stores have resets here anytime recently? Someone up in corporate is dropping the ball on stationary!
Who else is ready to sit on FIFA for the next month? Customers are not going to buy like they would if we dropped it to 75%. We might as well set Halloween now!
Pick 1 thing you’d change about CVS. Could be literally anything. I’ll go first.
Hours. Each store would have a reasonable amount of hours so we could be properly staffed. 3 staff members per shift, with a decent amount of overlap.
Your turn. Go!
This is all hypothetical 😛
Today is Tuesday July 7th. Why are we still promoting Americans 250th? I’ve even heard advertising thru ads in between music. Get with the program and move on, corporate!
What are the absolute highest/longest/most insane records you've personally witnessed or achieved at your store?
Drop your number for any of these!
Largest 4x6 photo order
Most BOPIS or SFS items in an order
Most EC or ECP enrollments in a shift
Longest shift worked
Most consecutive days worked
Most items abandoned at the SCO or register by one customer
Longest “bathroom break” you or coworker took
What's the record you're most proud of—or most traumatized by? This should be fun 🥁
Happy 4th of July, CVS peeps!
Are you working today? Setting off fireworks? How are you spending America’s 250th birthday?
Be sure to put Liquid IV or CVS Health Rapid Hydration right at checkout, let’s capture those heat wave sales 🥵🔥☀️
Based off the bottom right vestcom tags I think this is store #08679?
Also I can’t believe warehouse didn’t throw out this mess!! Send your totes back empty!
I’m in a state that sells liquor and I’ve got a 4 foot section of premium liquor behind checkout. Sometime in the near future I plan to move it all to the regular liquor/wine isle in an effort to try and increase alcohol sales.
I’d love some feedback of what to put behind checkout to replace that 4 foot section. Any ideas / thoughts would be appreciated!
How is FS management feeling around the OPI binder rollout?
I’m proud to only have 1 pla label this go around. Quite an accomplishment with all the vestcom issues!
