In my account I've got an offer for 75k points and my wife's account has an offer for 75%. Obviously the 75k is better and could be very lucrative. I signed up for new service for one of my kids for $15/month. I didn't do the current unlimited deal that Tello was offering b/c I wasn't sure if that would count as some kind of promo that would disqualify the purchase, so I went w/ the 10gb/month plan

I'm having a new concrete patio installed which will run up next to a deep window well (the window well comes out about 7 feet from the house and is 5 feet deep in the deepest half). For safety and to better define the space, I want to put a sitting wall on the edge of the patio. Can I install the wall directly on the patio, or does it need a different / deeper base?

If I can put it on the concrete, should I use mortar or adhesive? Do I need to attach it with anything else?
