I never got around to getting my CCW course done over the summer and I see they are moving to a new system October 16th, how screwed am I?
A governor from California is trying to get airguns regulated under the ATF. Get your voice heard unless you want us to be like Canada and the UK.
Edit: obviously guys in Canada and the uk are nice guys but us in the USA like when the government can’t tell us what to do. This is not for you guys
So I submitted my application in March, had my finger printing and interview at 1PP on 5/22 so I didn’t have to do it again when I submit my CCW but it’s now been over 60 days with 0 updates 0, I’ve called and emailed and I’m lost at this point. Who can I Cc to try and speed this up and what are their emails? Everything is submitted paperwork wise

Does anyone know if I can get the Ruger precision rimfire in 22lr approved if I have the FFL sell it to me with 5 round mags? It comes with a 15 round mag but I should be able to just not accept it. It’s a bolt action

I think it got cleared up though I did it at 1 police plaza did I shoot myself in the foot going through here to get earlier date for my interview. I was told last thing I needed to submit was my dmv lifetime abstract is that needed for the rifle shotgun permit?

Selling my Crosman R1 to make room for another gun, it’ll come with one magazine, Magpul adjustable stock and angle foregrip with a lancer tactical holographic sight and buck rail mock suppressor and a couple thousand BBs.
