Looking for Cambodia 7 and 8

As the title says I'm on the hunt for Cambodia 7 and 8 to help me finish top of the Space Boots League. I've Cambodia 9 and duplicates in most other 9s I'd be willing to part with. My ephemeral duplicate 9s are being kept to try and trade for VD and Halloween 9.

Happy to trade I app or the old fashioned way.

My id is t.obrien

Cloned plates

Maybe this isn't the best sub for this post but just said I'd put it out there to the driving community.

Got a fine in the post this week for two unpaid M50 tolls. Thing is though that it wasn't our car. It was the same make, model and reg but the car colour was silver and not grey. Eflow are refusing to budge on it even though I've shown them ring doorbell stills showing my car parked at home from the day and around the time the car went through the toll(I live about 3hrs from the M50).

I have to get a full garda report sent to them before they will drop the fine. Not the end of the world but a pain in the hole since the local farda station is closed more than it's open.

Training Advice

Hi all,

I'm after a bit of training advice from the community.

I just completed the pfitz 18/55 for my 6th marathon with a 2 minute PB of 3:55:47. I trained for a flat marathon which was cancelled but luckily I was able to enter a local race the following week although it was a good bit hillier with over 300m elevation. My original goal was sub 3:50 and I feel like I was in with a good shot at it but with some training disruption, a cancelled race, extended taper and hillier race I readjusted to sub 3:55(a toilet stop ended that for me). All in all I was very happy with how the race went and with the PB.

I'm probably going to sign up and run the Málaga marathon in November with the aim of sub 3:50(maybe faster depending on how training goes). That gives me about 25 weeks to prepare. I liked the 18/55 plan so will probably do it again(although I'm open to other suggestions). So I would have seven weeks of "downtime" before that plan starts. How do I use that time most effectively? Are there any plans that focus on these "off" periods?

For context, I am early 40s and have a wife and 2 small kids at home. If I jump straight back into weekend long runs I'll be divorced.

Any advice is greatly appreciated

Whitethorn in the garden?

Hi, I live in an estate so have a fairly small garden. It's not a tiny estate garden but it's not a very big one either, maybe 15 meters x 10 meters. We moved in 5 years ago as a new build and have been doing bits to the garden each year so we have flowers and shrubs etc but I'd like to get a couple of trees in there for some height difference. We don't want anything very big as it would block the sun. We want it to be native and attract small birds. We have crows nesting just over the boundary wall and definitely don't want to attract them into the garden.

I really like whitethorn/hawthorn but know nothing about them. Is it easy to manage their height and spread? 10ft tall would be the absolute max we would like.

I'm guessing the berries will draw the local crows into the garden too?

If you don't think whitethorn is suitable do you have any suggestions as to what might be a better fit?

Thanks

I'm in the process of changing refuse companies and as a result my bins were not collected this morning. Does anyone have any recommendations for companies that do an affordable once off collection service? I've seen some companies online but a lot of them don't have their prices listed.

I'm based in Tower.

Thanks
