I got free mangos from my neighbor so I Made this dessert thing 💕💗( idk what to call it even haha)

Recipe if anyone even cares:

-Diced Mango
-Big Sago ( it takes so long to cook, boiled it for two hours and it’s still not cooked through cuz there’s this white spot in the middle of the sago balls. You can use small sago it’s easier to cook.) but both sticks to the bottom of the pan 😭

-Coconut milk
-Coconut water or Milk ( optional )
-some soaked chia seeds and discounted blueberries I got muahaha

And tada~~~ I enjoyed it on a hot summer evening which is nice.

I’m simply sharing my personal experience with this oil I discovered & it’s helped my acne. I hope this helps someone who has a similar situation with acne and oily skin.

💗HOW I USE IT : I drip a few drops of this and mix it with two drops of coconut oil and apply it to my face.

Areas where I have more acne or clogged pores, like areas of my nose, forehead, chin, I directly drip a few more drops over there, so I thick layer of this Blackseed oil covers those problem areas.
( AVOID CONTACT WITH EYES )

Just a side note: this oil is actually quite potent and dumb. If it gets in your eyes, it will sting.
But it has very potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties. (And apparently in the Quran, this oil cures all illnesses except death. I sound crazy lol )

💗My PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: this has helped my skin so much I used to get like tiny little bumps of acne and big breakouts all the time, and I will treat it with salicylic acid, green tea, extract, and retinol, etc (all the actives that are proven to help acne) and ever since I used black seed oil, big breakouts stopped coming back, like magically. And the smaller pimples are also reduced and my pores seem to be less clogged now omg. 🥹☺️🙏🏻✨✨
( I also take this oil orally , so maybe that helps too)

Plus, taking this orally is so good for your health because it contains Thymoquinone and it’s ( to me the most anti inflammatory foods out there )

💞I WONT RECOMMEND THIS TO: people with really sensitive skin or people who doesn’t believe in this oil. Like please do a patch test first.
